How do I prevent people from seeing my avatar updates on Yahoo Messenger?

When other people mouse over my name in there contacts, it lists a history of my updates of what my avatar has been wearing. I have tried everything to stop this history from showing including deleting my avatar and not share any updates with anyone. Please help.

    If you want your avatar to disappear, you should be invisible to him/her. I guess you can’t hide updates of what your avatar has been wearing.
