Just casually start a conversation with her, and drop in a couple of hints that you like her feet.
My ex-bf had a strong foot fetish, and he told me apparently there’s a website that specialises in female foot seduction anyway - so maybe give that a try?

Try to make conversation with her, and once you get to know her maybe just mention that she has nice feet. That’s what my boyfriend did anyway. I was a bit surprised at first but I’m pretty into it now! lol

Its quite normal for guys to have these ********. Maybe just try to talk to her and get to know her a bit better. Better yet, maybe try to find someone you already know to do this with. A female friend? A co-worker? Someone like that. Good luck!
