His trial is in 3 weeks and I got subpeonaed. We have been split since the incident almost 1 1/2 yrs ago. I want to know what to expect at the trial. How does it all work? He will not plea bargain to the the misdemeanor property damage charge. He wants to be cleared of all charges. What should I expect the process to be like?

What is night life in New York City like?

I live in california right next to the beach but I’ve always wanted to know what night life in New York City is like. In movies, I always see good looking guys and girls going to clubs, sitting at bars, checking out each other, and buying each other drinks. On dates, I see guys taking out girls to really nice elegant restaurants or cafes for dinner. And theres also the typical fashion show going on at night. I also noticed that everyone seems to live in spacy apartment rooms that are suitable for maybe just one couple. I cant really vision many families living there. Is night/social life there really that laid-back?

I saw an infomercial about buying homes through tax sales. They said you could pruchase homes for pennies on the dollar. They even showed you homes that were bought for $200, $300, $500.00. With no mortgage to pay. How does this work? What’s the catch?

If I take this career path should I go furthur and get a Associates or Bachelors degree, to ensure a good job?
1 CommentI am a grown adult looking to change career paths. So if I could avoid getting another Bachelors degree, that would be great. I could probably deal with getting Associates degree, if it’s gonna boost my paycheck. I am currently a social worker.

Why are chocolate ice-cream stains so hard to remove?

I’m pretty good at getting any type of stains out of clothing, but one thing I can never get out is chocolate ice cream stains. I don’t know how many of my daughter’s clothes have been stained this way and I’ve never been able to remove the stains. Just yesterday she dropped chocolate ice cream on her favorite khaki cargo pants. We came right home and I instantly treated the stain, let it sit, then washed them. The stains remained, so I repeated the procedure, still the stains remain. I haven’t dried the pants yet because I don’t want to set the stain. But what can I use to take out the chocolate ice cream stains? I have tried every kind of laundry pre-treater on the market, including those oxygen powders, none of them work. Does anyone know what I can do?
