Now I’m originally from Philadelphia and I have been to the Naval Yard which is no longer in operation, but the older naval ships are still there. A few people I talked who were alive then did say something weird did happen but they don’t know what happened.
So what is your scientific opinion? Exaggeration or Possibility?
I find the possibility kind of interesting if it did happen.
Just so you all know, I never said I believed it did happen. I just want to know if you think it could of been a possibility.
