How does Neftlix work on the Xbox?

It says it has a free trial, but I’m too scared it will end up charging me! I just want to watch a few movies, and see if I like it. But I’m really not sure if I should try the free trial. And how does the trial work? And does it include using up my free trial with general neflix delivery?

Does the ‘Games For Windows’ version of Call Of Duty WAW Require an Xbox live subscription?

Just wondering before I buy it, because I know some “Games For Windows” games don’t let you play online unless you are subscribed to Xbox Live. Which would be useless, considering I don’t own a 360. I know Steam offers the game, but it’s a little more expensive, and I want the disks to install it with.
